07 Jan Texas Sunset Advisory Commission Decision Material
The Texas Sunset Advisory Commission has posted their decision material for the upcoming January 9, 2019, meeting. The recommendations on the identified issues are a mixed bag ranging from simplifying the conflict of interest provisions for board members to regulating all malt beverages like beer (See full document here). The Proposed New Recommendations will give you an idea of other areas not covered in the report but may make it to the legislation (View list of recomendations here).
